The Brand

Bonpoint is a French couture brand for children founded in 1975 with a presence in 130 stores across 33 countries. L’Eau de Bonpoint, created by Annick Goutal in 1986, quickly became the olfactory signature of the fashion house. In 2010, Bonpoint launched a natural, hypoallergenic skincare line inspired by the beauty of eternal childhood. With its soft fragrance and “angel skin” textures for even the most delicate skin types, Bonpoint Beauté offers delightful rituals and sensory experiences.

The Challenge

The China team was looking to create visual assets locally to promote Bonpoint Beauté on Tmall during the 6.18 shopping festival and 1-Year Anniversary campaign. They also wanted to produce a short video to explain the 4 steps of customisation of their iconic perfume, L’Eau de Bonpoint on social networks - WeChat, Weibo and Xiaohongshu.

Our Solution

Having identified elegance, fantasy and happiness as the core pillars of the brand DNA, we conceptualised and produced a sleek and playful 30-second animated video highlighting the uniqueness of l’Eau de Bonpoint’s customer experience. We then designed the key-visual and animated graphics for each Tmall campaign, staging hero products in a quintessential Parisian style apartment.
