The Challenge
Space NK had the opportunity to open two new multi-brand boutiques in Shanghai and Hangzhou. The China marketing team was eager to adapt the European store concept, while preserving its fundamentals, and infuse a digital experience to better cater to local shopping habits.
Our Solution
We started by mapping the shopper journey to identify the gaps and opportunities. We redesigned key-display furniture to create more impact and added touchscreens to communicate brands’ personality and product features. The result was a fine balance between brand concept and digital implementation that offered an uplifting and interactive in-store experience.
